Currency market

UZCE is the only and oldest exchange currency market of the republic and as a center of liquidity for operations with national currency serves as a trading platform for the effective implementation of the monetary policy of the regulator. UZCE has a predominant share in the total volume of the spot foreign exchange market.

The unified trading and post-trading system of UZCE provides to market participants a full range of trading, clearing and settlement services, as well as equal opportunities to conclude transactions for the purchase and sale of foreign currency and obtain information about trading.

Currently, the trading system of UZCE conducts interbank trading sessions with US dollars and euros using the "fixing" method in accordance with the "Rules for conducting interbank trading sessions at UZCE", as well as currency swap operations in accordance with the "Rules for conducting currency swaps at the UZCE".
